Ensure you have completed the checklist to ensure you have the correct technology to enable you to complete the assessments. This is extremely important and may jeopardise our ability to assess you if not completed.
Reasonable Adjustment Support
You may have selected 'yes' in the application form to indicate you require reasonable adjustments.
In that case, our Reasonable Adjustments Team should have contacted you by now to confirm your eligibility and agree on the adjustments we can offer.
If you have any questions or concerns about your adjustments on the day of the online assessment centre, please inform the host initially. Your comfort and confidence in the process are important to us, and we are here to assist you in any way we can.

Reasonable adjustment support must be requested and agreed upon before attending an online assessment centre. This is because assessors are unable to grant reasonable adjustments on the day.
